FAQs
Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions, especially when it’s online. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common things new clients ask. If you have another question, feel free to get in touch.

General questions & answers
Before starting therapy, it’s natural to have questions about how it works and what to expect. If you’re new to therapy or online sessions, the information below covers the essentials — from how sessions are structured to what technology you’ll need and how to get started.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
I offer one-to-one and couples therapy online, supporting people with anxiety, burnout, ADHD, identity questions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation.
How are sessions held?
All sessions are held online using Zoom, WhatsApp, or phone – whichever suits you best. Zoom is secure, encrypted, and GDPR-compliant.
Is online therapy effective?
Yes, research shows online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions. Many clients find it easier to open up when they’re in their own space.
How long is a session?
Sessions last 50 minutes. Couples sessions may occasionally run slightly longer when needed.
What are your fees?
Individuals: €75 per session
Couples: €130 per session
I also offer student and low-income discounts.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
No, my practice is 100% online, so you can access therapy from anywhere in Ireland.
What if the internet connection drops?
If we get disconnected, I’ll try to reconnect right away. If we’re unable to continue after 5 minutes, I’ll contact you to reschedule or finish the session another time.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full.
Health & safety / Crisis support
Your wellbeing is always my priority. If you ever feel unsafe or experience a crisis outside of our sessions, please contact:

A private, quiet space where you feel safe to talk
A stable internet connection and a phone, laptop, or tablet
